I am still not liking the way the 458 sounds. Although it does sound more aggressive

Ferrari V8s are a bit odd. The sound they make translates really poorly over video. I've found this with the F355, F430 and 458. They all sound a bit tinny and weedy on video, regardless of the quality of the audio.
When you hear them nail it in real life though, you sort of get the hype. Such a great noise. Miles more character, much, much louder and infinitely more aggressive.

I agree. I find the F430, and F355 some of the best sounding Ferraris. Also, the valve in the exhaust means it sound very quiet at idle unlike the other Ferraris.
